Methods To Obtain Instant Sciatic Nerve Pain Cure Without Drugs

Sciatica is difficult to live with, apart from the pain; it's unpredictable and will interfere with your life and your policies. This is why it's very significant to be able to get instant sciatic nerve pain relief.

Here is what you do. Just lie on your back, legs together and hands by your side. You start with your big toes, and imagine that they're turning to lead. From there it travels up your arms, around your neck and over your face to the top of your head.

You will notice that this does not go anywhere near the torso. This is for several reasons. Firstly you can't turn your chest to lead as you need to move it to breath, secondly, you cannot tell a person with a stiff back to relax their back, as they just won't be able to do it. So you work around it, relax whatever else and the back will relax and you will sleep.

So although sciatica isn't instantly curable there are certainly ways to get immediate sciatic nerve pain relief.
