The Krups XP4050 Evaluation: Checking Out This Espresso Machine
While it may sound strange or extremely odd, you can track down the history of coffee from a goatherder all the way up to the current coffee making machine. Discovered in the ninth century, coffee has become one of the world's most cherished drinks and definitely one of mine. I knew I was onto something when I picked up my own Krups XP4050 for use in my home. This writeup will be a sincere Krups XP4050 Review.
If you know nothing of the the past of coffee, it was a bunch of goatherders from Ethiopia that made the first coffee discovery. Thanks to their discovery, millions across the world can enjoy a cup of coffee every daybreak, and we have designed newer coffee makers that can create a truly fine brew of coffee. Unfortunately, that ninth century goatherder never had technology like this!
Coffee was initially consumed for medicinal uses and was at one point barred for a number of years as it was assumed to have a bad effect on a person's emotional responses - probably, all that caffeine - but now many people relish it daily and the Krups XP 4050 is wonderful for persons like us that do. Even when I don't have a lot of time, I can get a newly brewed, scrumptious cup of coffee by the amazing technology of Krups.
Why do I love my Krups machine so much? It has nothing to do with those goatherders of Ethopia, or even any other such irrelevant thing. I love that I get coffee that is on par with coffee shop quality and taste without that same coffee shop price tag. Is that good enough to understand? The Krups XP4050 is designed with wonderful features. You should explore these:
Fifteen bar pressure pump
Customizable cup ranges & various Espresso concentrations
Instant hot water and steam options
Milk frother
Cappuccino preparation
A heating element with optimal temperatures
Pods large water reservoir (removable)
Comes outfitted with storage area for accessories.
Changeable filters
Another option for this coffee maker is the use of three separate filters for up to two pots of coffee. The water tank is translucent and so you can know when to refill it. Because of the heating element you can make many cups and still be sure that each one is boiling hot.
The machine was a bit of a challenge to learn to handle, especially as I was a bit afraid of the hot water maker and the frother. While you may not have seen in a coffee shop, the devices do make deafening sounds and can be very upsetting if not prepared for them. However, I have gotten used to them, luckily.
I have tested more than one of these types of machines before settling on my XP4050. Some I returned as they simply did not make the coffee hot enough for my liking. So, I have done a bit of research and trialing, and I would say that the Krups XP4050 is probably second to the top of the list of coffee machines of this type. You really cannot make a mistake with it and it is economical, too!
